The 15th of every month still gives me nightmares

Five workers, averaging RM600 per worker EPF. That's RM3,000. After scrambling for EPF money, got 9 days to find cash for salaries.

We're nearing middle of the month.
Back when I was running my previous business, this would trigger massive stress.
15th of every month: have to pay EPF contributions.
Miss payment? Kena fine.

Five workers, averaging RM600 per worker EPF. That's RM3,000.
Early days, it was just another task. Boring admin work.
But as cash dried up, became source of major anxiety.

And that's just the beginning.
After scrambling for EPF money, got 9 days to find cash for salaries.
24th rolls around: RM2,800 per worker after deductions.
Then month end come: RM5,500 rental waiting.
The cycle repeats. Every. Single. Month.

Just typing this is bringing back all my old feelings of stress.
That familiar knot in stomach.
I still have bills from that business that I'm slowly paying off.
But at least no NEW bills coming. Thank God.

You know what killed my business? Not lack of sales.
The gestation period I never calculated.
Every business needs time to build name.
Attract audience. Cultivate customers.

Before they ready to buy, you'll most probably have to bleed a bit of money while building your trust and relationship with them.

Most important equation for any business owner: Can you survive the gestation period? My car wash needed 6-12 months to stabilize. I had funds for maybe 3 months.

Do the math. Business dead before it could walk.
RM8,300 monthly overhead x 12 months = RM99,600 of liquid cash needed, and this is not including the heavy up front setup costs.
After tolak equipment cost, product cost, reno, and rental deposits,
I was left with RM30,000 as my business runway.

Thinking back, it was like jumping into war with a 6-bullet pistol.
This is why when I speak to my network marketing prospects, I ask:
"Can you stick with this even if no money for 3-6 months?"

Because these things take time. Just like any business.
The difference? No salaries to pay while waiting.
No rental eating your capital.
No EPF deadlines haunting you.

Just pure business building without the overhead nightmare.
When someone says network marketing is "too slow," I laugh.

Brother, you ever try traditional business?
6 months no profit is FAST compared to most startups.
Except those startups burning through savings monthly.

Network marketing? Your only cost is effort and whatever current cost of living you have.
Can survive indefinitely while building.
I'm looking for 3 people who understand this math.

Who want to build without monthly overhead stress.
Who can be patient without going bankrupt.
Not because network marketing is easy.
But because it respects your survival.

Reply "SMART EQUATION" if you get it.

Always cheering you on

P.S. Every 15th of the month, I still feel that phantom stress. Like amputees feel phantom limbs. The trauma of overhead never fully leaves. Choose your business model wisely.
